I'm not suggesting you change any behavior. Just stop and wonder; what have you done today because it was "the right way" to do it, but that you hated? How many times have you felt things that embarrass you because you think other people don't feel them? Have you yearned for something you can't admit? Let something slide, because you didn't feel right about speaking up for yourself, or thought it wouldn't matter?
What if you are totally ok, and not at all alone?
